Integrating Birdeye with SimpleSalonSM
SimpleSalonSM is a fully featured Spa and Salon Software designed to serve SMEs and agencies. It provides end-to-end solutions designed for Web Apps. SimpleSalonSM software features include an online booking system, salon text message marketing, reminders, point of sale, salon accounting, and reporting. Integrating SimpleSalonSM with Birdeye will automate the sending of review requests to your customers daily.
Once SimpleSalonSM is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls customer information from SimpleSalonSM once daily for the appointments completed the previous day.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your POS using some predefined triggers. Here is the supported trigger for SimpleSalonSM:

To set up the integration with Birdeye, please contact the Birdeye technical support team at 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at support@birdeye.com. The Birdeye technical support team will successfully set up the integration with SimpleSalonSM through BE Connector.
WHAT IS BE CONNECTOR?
The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate the CRM solution and the Birdeye system. This helps you automate the process of sending review requests to your customers after they use your products or services.
The installation and setup process is driven by an intuitive wizard. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the CRM solution. Once the integration is complete, the BE Connector will start pulling data from the CRM solution and send the data to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent as per the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Install the BE Connector on the SimpleSalonSM Server.
- Integrate SimpleSalonSM with BE Connector.
- BE Connector’s services will start pulling customer data from the integration and automatically send review requests, based on the Scheduling configuration defined.
Birdeye collects your customers' first and last names, email addresses, and phone numbers and automatically sends them review requests.
