Integrating Birdeye with Outlook
Birdeye integrates with Microsoft Outlook, a comprehensive web-based email and personal information management tool designed by Microsoft. This integration caters to the needs of small and medium-sized accounting firms, facilitating efficient communication and data management.
Once the integration between Outlook and Birdeye is successful, the contacts will be created in the mail address book.
To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
To complete the process, click on the ‘Settings’ icon. Click on the ‘Business Profile’ under the ‘Profile’ section. Click on the specific location for which you have set up the integration.
Once you click on a particular location, it will redirect you to that location. Now, scroll down to the ‘CRM Integrations’, and click on the ‘Authorize Outlook’ button to authorize the business.
You will be redirected to the Nylas login page.
Enter your password and click ‘Log in.’
Upon successful integration, you will be redirected to your Birdeye account. Here, you can view the 'Authorized' status for Outlook Integration.
