Integrating Birdeye with AppFolio
AppFolio is a web-based property management software used by property owners. AppFolio helps users with accounting, marketing, applicant screening, online rent payments, and lease agreements.
Integrating AppFolio with Birdeye will automate sending review requests to your customers daily.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for AppFolio:

To begin the Birdeye and Appfolio Integration, the first step is to activate the Stack™ marketplace.
NOTE:
To enjoy the benefits of the AppFolio Native Integration, ensure you have AppFolio Stack Premium access. Keep in mind that this service comes with charges set by AppFolio, not Birdeye. Embrace the enhanced features and efficiency this integration brings to your business!
For standard account users, there's a monthly charge of $0.50 per connected unit, with a minimum fee of $100 set by AppFolio. On a brighter note, if you have an AppFolio Plus account, enjoy this integration at no extra cost, enhancing your experience without any additional charges!
ACTIVATE STACK™ MARKETPLACE
1. Log into your AppFolio account, click 'Add Functionality' in the top right-hand corner and select Integrations.
2. Click 'Get AppFolio Stack™ Premium.'
3. Enter your name as an Authorized Signer, and click 'Activate AppFolio Stack™ Premium.'
NOTE:
Only Presidential Users can sign up for this feature.
INTEGRATE BIRDEYE IN THE APPFOLIO DASHBOARD
Follow the steps below to integrate Birdeye with AppFolio if you already have access to AppFolio Stack Premium.
1. Log in to your AppFolio account.
2. Navigate to 'General Settings' in the dropdown menu.
3. Click on 'Manage AppFolio Stack™ Integrations.'
4. Scroll down to Birdeye, click the drop-down arrow, and select 'Manage Connection.'
5. Click 'Setup Connection' in the Connection Settings block.
6. Choose whether to enroll all properties or specific Property Groups with Birdeye, then click 'Save.'
NOTE:
Property groups are a feature in AppFolio to group properties together for reporting and filtering purposes.
7. Now, tick the boxes confirming the existence of an agreement with Birdeye and that you have reviewed and approved the terms for this connection.
8. Click 'Enable Connection.'

After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
