Themes and Prompts Reports help you understand the topics customers use when searching for businesses like yours across AI platforms.
With these reports, you can discover trending themes, monitor how your business appears in AI-generated responses, track visibility and citation performance, and analyze the effectiveness of tracked themes and prompts across locations and brands.

Navigate to Search AI > Reports > Explore themes.
View Trending Themes
The What are the most searched themes section highlights trending themes that people commonly use when searching for businesses similar to yours across supported AI platforms.
Blue themes indicate those currently being tracked.
Gray themes indicate those not currently being tracked.
Trending themes are refreshed periodically in response to changes in search behavior and AI search trends.
Review this section regularly to identify emerging themes relevant to your business and start tracking them to gain visibility into their performance.
NOTE:
Since search trends can change over time, it is recommended to review and update your tracked themes regularly to ensure you are monitoring the topics most relevant to your business.
Generate an AI Summary of Trending Themes
Click the Generate Summary icon in the What are the most searched themes section to generate an AI-powered summary of the trending themes.
This is how the generated summary appears.
Download, Email, or Schedule Theme Trends Data
Click the three-dot menu in the What are the most searched themes section to access additional actions.
You can:
Download the trending themes data for offline analysis and reporting.
Email the data to selected recipients.
Schedule recurring emails to share the latest trending themes data with stakeholders.
These options help you regularly monitor emerging search trends and share insights with your team without manually exporting data each time.
View Most Searched Themes and Prompts
The What are the most searched themes for all locations section displays the trending themes and prompts relevant to your business across all locations.
The table includes the following details:
Themes and prompts – Themes and their associated prompts that users commonly search for across AI platforms.
Monthly searches – The average number of monthly AI searches for a theme or prompt across supported AI platforms.
Tracking status – Indicates whether a theme or prompt is currently being tracked in Search AI.
Expand a theme to view its associated prompts and their corresponding monthly search volumes and tracking status.
View Themes by Location or Brand
Use the By location and By brand options to switch between location-level and brand-level trending themes.
By location displays the most searched themes and prompts across all locations, helping you identify trends that are relevant to specific locations.
By brand displays the most searched themes and prompts for your brand, helping you understand broader search trends associated with your business.
Switching between these views allows you to compare trends at both the location and brand level and identify opportunities to track the most relevant themes and prompts.
Download, Email, or Schedule Theme Reports
Click the three-dot menu in the Explore Themes section to download, email, or schedule the entire themes report.
Access the Prompts Report
To view performance metrics for your tracked themes and prompts across AI platforms, navigate to the Prompts report.
From the left navigation menu, click Reports.
Select Prompts.
The Prompts report displays visibility, ranking, citation, and execution metrics for your tracked themes and prompts across supported AI platforms, helping you understand how your business appears in AI-generated responses.
View Prompt Performance Across AI Platforms
The Prompts report helps you understand how tracked themes and prompts perform across supported AI platforms.
Use the location selector to view performance data for a specific location or for all locations combined.
Select an AI platform tab (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or other supported platforms) to analyze prompt performance on a specific AI answer engine.
Expand a theme to view performance metrics for the prompts associated with that theme.
Use the table columns to evaluate your brand's visibility, citation performance, and ranking across AI-generated answers.
Metrics are calculated based on prompt executions performed during the selected reporting period.
Understand Prompt Performance Metrics
Visibility Rank – The relative position of your brand compared to other brands based on how often it appears in answers generated by AI platforms. A lower rank indicates higher visibility.
Visibility Score – The percentage of tracked AI-generated answers that mention your brand. For example, if your brand appears in 50 out of 100 tracked responses, the visibility score is 50%.
Average Position – The average position where your brand appears within AI-generated answers. A lower average position means your brand is more likely to be mentioned near the top of the response.
Citation Share – The percentage of all citations attributed to your brand's website across tracked AI-generated answers. This metric helps measure how frequently AI platforms use your content as a source.
Citation Rank – Your brand's ranking compared to other brands based on how often its website is cited in AI-generated answers. A lower rank indicates stronger citation performance.
Executions – The total number of successful prompt runs that returned an answer from an AI platform. Each execution contributes to the visibility and citation metrics reported for the selected prompts.
