How do I use recommended keywords while setting up 'Categories'?

As a preparation to dig into customer feedback analytics, you start by creating 'Categories' within your account. Once you name your category, you have a list of keywords to choose from within the keyword cloud. This keyword cloud may have hundreds of keywords, and it may be quite an exercise wading through them to pull out related keywords to add to the category.

'Related keywordsโ€™ make this task easier. The keywords under this section are system-selected based on the initial few keywords you select or type to add to the category.

Start by selecting a couple of keywords from the keyword cloud. You will see the chosen keywords appear in the keyword box. Start adding the keywords to your category by clicking on the keywords that you think are appropriate.

If you think all the related keywords are appropriate for the category, click on 'Add All.' All the keywords under 'Related keywords' will be added to the category. Click on โ€˜Addโ€™ to save your settings.
